YOGA FOR BEGINNERS EBOOK
One of the questions I get asked all the time is ‘how can I get started in yoga?’ I wanted to create a guide for someone who has ever been curious to try yoga but has been too intimidated to come to a class or wants to understand an asana more and how to move safely and confidently in any type of hatha, power or vinyasa class.
WOMEN'S CIRCLES
Intention Setting, Gratitude Ritual, Slow Flow Yoga (for all ages and abilities) and end with Yoga Nidra (deeper state of relaxation with awareness). You can book a Sacred Woman's Circle to connect with yourself and others for Hens Parties, Team Building, Birthdays, Christamas Parties, Gathering with Friends and Mothers Groups. Get in touch with your feminine strength and turn up your positive vibration.
ONLINE YOGA CLASSES
Practice yoga with me from the comfort of your home. Combine all the benefits of a virtual class with everything you love about a live studio class. I will be guiding you to experience the energy and dynamic nature that comes with a live class. Online classes offer you freedom and flexibility, with the added benefit of not needing to rush out the door, find a parking spot, call up a baby sitter or worry about which yoga pants to wear!
EVENTS
I host many bespoke events that are designed specifically to suit the individual needs who attending the event. This could be anything from Power Events for strength and vitality to Super Chill, which leaves you feeling fully supported and deep state of awareness. These events are for anyone from cooperate companies, fashion brands, product launches, team building, small business and even hens parties.
